Accounting Assistant

Job Description:

The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for managing and maintaining
our financial records using QuickBooks. This role involves performing a variety of accounting
and bookkeeping tasks to ensure our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

Responsibilities:

  • Manageandupdate financial records in QuickBooks
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
  • Prepare and submit invoices
  • Assist in payroll processing
  • Generate financial reports and statements
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide support during audits/Tax Season
  • Ensure all documents and trackers are updated
  • Generating automated and manual invoices
  • All payments and expenses must be recorded and tracked
  • Create and maintain client proposals and tracking
  • Track and follow up delinquent accounts or Collections
  • Communicate with clients and vendors as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Accounting Assistant or similar role
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and Google Workspace
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highlevel of integrity and confidentiality Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Muntinlupa City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Accounting Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
  • QuickBooks: 1 year (Required)
