Job Description:
The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for managing and maintaining
our financial records using QuickBooks. This role involves performing a variety of accounting
and bookkeeping tasks to ensure our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Responsibilities:
- Manageandupdate financial records in QuickBooks
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare and submit invoices
- Assist in payroll processing
- Generate financial reports and statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide support during audits/Tax Season
- Ensure all documents and trackers are updated
- Generating automated and manual invoices
- All payments and expenses must be recorded and tracked
- Create and maintain client proposals and tracking
- Track and follow up delinquent accounts or Collections
- Communicate with clients and vendors as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Accounting Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Google Workspace
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highlevel of integrity and confidentiality Ability to commute/relocate:
- Muntinlupa City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Accounting Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
- QuickBooks: 1 year (Required)
