Sales Representative

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls; organize correspondence and answer emails.
  • Conduct research on cold and/or warm leads.
  • Schedule meetings and Take notes or transcribe meetings.
  • Manage Chattools and Email inboxes.
  • Determine lead/customers’ needs and wants by probing and managing intake forms.
  • Maintain customer databases by inputting customer profiles and updates to trackers or CRM.
  • Manage and Coordinate the assigned leads to Sales Manager/Supervisor and Account Reps.
  • Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation.
  • Create presentations, as assigned.
  • Takedown notes from meetings/call and log them into your CRM software.
  • Ensure follow-ups are happening at the proper intervals.
  • Assist with sales reports.
  • Analyze, consolidate, and forward daily action summaries to managers.
  • Follow all companies policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role.
  • Experience with Outbound/Inbound Calling (fronting, telemarketing, appointment setting, sales).
  • Experience in CRM is a MUST.
  • Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP.
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office).
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar).
  • Highly organized and able to multitask and work well with fast-paced directions and instructions.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information.
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and presentation skills.
