Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls; organize correspondence and answer emails.
- Conduct research on cold and/or warm leads.
- Schedule meetings and Take notes or transcribe meetings.
- Manage Chattools and Email inboxes.
- Determine lead/customers’ needs and wants by probing and managing intake forms.
- Maintain customer databases by inputting customer profiles and updates to trackers or CRM.
- Manage and Coordinate the assigned leads to Sales Manager/Supervisor and Account Reps.
- Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation.
- Create presentations, as assigned.
- Takedown notes from meetings/call and log them into your CRM software.
- Ensure follow-ups are happening at the proper intervals.
- Assist with sales reports.
- Analyze, consolidate, and forward daily action summaries to managers.
- Follow all companies policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role.
- Experience with Outbound/Inbound Calling (fronting, telemarketing, appointment setting, sales).
- Experience in CRM is a MUST.
- Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP.
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office).
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar).
- Highly organized and able to multitask and work well with fast-paced directions and instructions.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information.
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and presentation skills.
